We had QUITE the week, as I am sure many others had as well. To start
off, I finished my undergrad with a degree in Anthropology. Hooray! I
walked on Friday and it was wonderful to have my family there. Bryan
had two majors (math and econ) and he totally could have walked with me,
but he decided that math sounded less feminine than Family, Home, and
Social Sciences (both anthropology and econ are considered social
sciences). Ha. As a result, my family had to divide and conquer. But, luckily for me, my awesome cousin Jessica and her hubby, Brigham, were both walking at the same time with degrees in Psychology. It was great! To be honest, I thought I would be totally bored at graduation, but the ceremony gave me an unexpected feeling of belonging and closure. It was nice.

| This is my last living grandparent. He is the greatest. One of my favorite moments was when a Psych professor recognized my
grandpa and was raving about how my grandpa was instrumental in the
direction that the Psych department is today. He said that his research
was monumental and then started chanting his name, "Ken Hardy! Ken
Hardy!" It was awesome. | | | | | | |

Yay for graduating! You have such a beautiful family.
ReplyDeleteCONGRATULATIONS SARA!!! You're made it! ;-) I'm so glad you had a great graduation with your family and friends. I just want to say though...I'm so bummed that I didn't say goodbye before we left on our trip, I totally spaced that you two would be gone when we got back. So...Have an AMAZING time back east!!!! Can't wait to see you when you get back in the fall :-)
