Last weekend J and I were able to go to New Orleans with our BYU jobs for a conference. It was a lot of fun just to have a little trip to a place we had never been before. Not to mention that our boss and co-workers are super awesome! New Orleans is an old city and I loved all of the history and culture within it. And I just love love love to travel. But, for those who have never been....it is a little crazy. Especially on Halloween. (Seriously...there were people wearing nothing but paint and considered it to be a perfectly fine costume. Nasty.) Also, I got most of my cultural references from Princess and the Frog...that Disney movie is surprising accurate! :) Here are some of the highlights of our trip:
