Ho, ho, home

Oh my goodness.

This has been a beast of a semester. Thank goodness it is over and it's almost time to go see our families.

Fortunately, I was able to check several things off of our list....(I bet you thought we had forgotten about it! haha)

37. Go to one of Sammy's football games. Yay Sam! The picture below is from the game...it was sunny that day.
48. Buy a new painting of Christ to put up. We got an early Christmas present from JT's parents-a beautiful Simon Dewey painting of Christ. We love it. It is now the focal point of our living room. Yay Yay Yay.

71. Finish Senior Thesis. This consumed my life this past semester. I am happy to report that it is finished and I presented on my research.

72. Find out things you can do with an anthropology degree. I took a class this semester which told me all of the wonderful things I could do with an anthropology degree (from social work, museums, refugee advocacy, to public health). I wish I had taken that class sooner than one of my last semesters....

Look at that....we were more productive than I thought. haha.

We also had a blast at our ward Christmas party when JT was acted to play the Grinch in a skit...(JT is one of the least grinchy people I know. It. was. hilarious.) The kids loved the hair....haha.
J also played intramural football with his freshmen friends, soccer with his bros, and basketball with his friend Ben this semester. I tried to be a good cheerleader, but the colder it got...the less excited I was to go to games....
Sorry about all of the phone pictures and the fact that this is a totally scatterbrained post..... My computer died with 2 weeks of school left...seriously?! It couldn't hold on for two more weeks?! I guess phone pictures will have to do until I transfer my photos to a different computer.

Also, the first picture is sort of showing my new favorite decoration. I LOVE the Joy to the World sign. I got the template off of this blog I love.
